This 6-week course is an invitation to get better at feeling. Emotional intelligence (EQ) is the ability to recognise, understand, and manage your own emotions — and respond to others with empathy and presence.
Through weekly sessions, reflection prompts, and optional 1:1 support, this course helps you turn your emotions into allies instead of adversaries. It’s not about fixing — it’s about deepening awareness, building trust in yourself, and connecting more meaningfully with others.
Course Structure

Live sessions on Monday mornings (SAST)
Weekly reflection exercises
Optional 1:1 session (to integrate insights or catch up on missed content)
Total Cost: R1800 once-off or R900 x 2 months

Demi van Tonder’s coaching journey has been shaped by her deep connection with young hearts and a decade of learning alongside them. With a degree in drama from the University of Stellenbosch, she found her calling in teaching, where she has been constantly inspired by the courage and vulnerability of those she works with. Through her brand initiative, Zamazoë, Demi brings the message of “Try life” to life, encouraging others to approach challenges with bravery and intentionality. Her personal journey of self-discovery and creativity, especially through writing, continues to inform her coaching, where she empowers others to live boldly and embrace their emotions.
