Coaching sessions can take place online or in person and be between 60 - 90 minutes long.
My coaching process is guided by my A.L.I.G.N. model — a simple yet powerful framework to help you reflect, process, and move forward with clarity.
We begin with Awareness, tuning in to your emotional, physical, and mental state. From there, we move into Linking & Learning, where we explore patterns and make sense of what’s coming up. In Integration, we connect these insights to your values, needs, and identity — noticing where things align or conflict. Then comes Growth, where we gently explore what wants to shift or evolve. Finally, we land on Next Steps — small, grounded actions to carry forward with intention.
