Who is invited? If you received an invite from Daniela van Aswegen or Karin Botha you are on the official guestlist. If someone has forwarded you the link then they have invited you as their plus one. Should you be invited and wish to invite more people send Daniela or Karin a Whatsapp along with a brief introduction to your other guests. We have sent the invite out to people who we believe share the vision and will respect what the event has to offer. As this is a family-friendly event with kids we want to ensure their safety comes first and so do do that each guest who brings someone with them takes responsibility for that person. As we are a private event we do not have access to security and so for the safety of everyone involved we need to know who is coming.

If I am a parent what can I expect? There are both child-friendly and adult-friendly activities available so your kids will be thoroughly played-out. The food provided will include options for the kids however we asked that if they have specific dietary requirements you bring along what you need. If you would like to sponsor or contribute to a snack bar for the kids let us know we can make it happen. We do not have any babysitting services but if you would like to bring a child-minder let us and we can arrange a ticket for them at no extra cost. If you would like to camp over night with your kids there are only beds available so please bring your cot and anything else you may need for the night. We suggest families book a TeePee or Army Tent together and take turns through the night so that everyone can have a fun time! While there will be alcohol consumed on the day we trust that everyone would be responsible and respect that the event is a family-friendly, conscious and safe environment for everyone to enjoy. If we see that people are not upholding the values of the event they will be asked to leave.
