why therapy & counselling?
At The Good Place, we recognise that sometimes deeper support is needed alongside coaching and creative work. Our wellness counselling provides a safe, compassionate space to explore your inner world with the guidance of a qualified professional. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, this is a space to slow down, be heard, and begin to process what’s coming up for you.

-
Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck
-
Are moving through grief, change, or uncertainty

Praneeta has 15 years of experience as Naturopathic practitioner and now joins the Good Place as a qualified wellness counsellor who is deeply committed to helping you build your capacity towards self-mastery and transformation. Whether you or your child is navigating a difficult season, untangling old beliefs, or simply craving more clarity and connection, she will walk alongside you. Her sessions are tailored to listen attentively to the patterns that have shaped your story; the ones you're ready to reshape, and the version of yourself that is waiting to emerge. She believes that the subconscious holds the clues for self-transformation. When she is not working, she is soaking in the beauty of nature, being creative, and exploring new corners of the world.
